Consultation & Requirement Study

Vehicle Inspection & Planning
The base vehicle is inspected, documented, and prepared for the armoring process. Engineering requirements are finalized before production begins, ensuring all specifications are met.
Disassembly
Interior panels, doors, trims, glass, and selected components are carefully removed to prepare the vehicle for hidden armor integration without damage to factory components.
Armor Design & Material Preparation
Ballistic steel, armored glass, overlap protection, and reinforcement materials are prepared according to the selected protection level and vehicle specifications.
Ballistic Steel Installation
Certified ballistic steel is installed into doors, pillars, roof, firewall, rear section, and other critical areas to create a protected passenger cell resistant to ballistic threats.
Ballistic Glass Installation
Certified ballistic glass is installed with proper framing, sealing, and alignment to maintain visibility, safety, and the vehicle's factory appearance.
Reinforcement & Mechanical Upgrades
Due to the added armor weight, critical systems such as suspension, brakes, hinges, tires, steering, and door supports are upgraded to maintain performance and safety.
Interior Reassembly
The vehicle interior is refitted carefully to maintain comfort, premium finish, and OEM-like appearance. All factory features are preserved or upgraded.
Electrical, Safety & Functional Checks
Windows, locks, lights, sensors, AC, electronics, and operational features are checked, tested, and calibrated to ensure flawless functionality.
Final Quality Inspection & Delivery
The vehicle undergoes final inspection, road checks, finishing review, documentation, and delivery preparation. Full certification is provided with each vehicle.
